Catherine McParland

Catherine built her career in fundraising for Democratic campaigns across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Starting her career on Josh Shapiro’s campaign for Attorney General, she went on to work as a fundraiser for Sen. Bob Casey, a slate of thirteen candidates in PA’s all-important Montgomery County, and a record-breaking campaign for Philadelphia City Commissioner. Catherine was the Finance Director of the PA Democratic Party, raising millions in 2020. In 2022, Catherine spearheaded fundraising for Malcolm Kenyatta’s historic race for US Senate, raising close to $2 million for a first-time federal candidate and more than doubling the campaign’s donor base.

With experience at the local, statewide, and federal levels, Cat has raised millions of dollars for incumbents as well as first time candidates. Cat established McParland Consulting LLC in 2022. Cat’s full roster of clients hail from Allegheny, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties, as well South Jersey.

Catherine lives in Philadelphia with her husband Ryan and tuxedo cat Ellie.
